Use the ‘2/3’ rule of thumb. If 2 out of 3 video updates suggested underperformance of the ‘Guard on Duty’, that’s cue for you to access your building’s CCTV playback to confirm your suspicions.
Once underperformance is confirmed, use evidence from your building’s CCTV playbacks (primary) and our videos (supporting) to legally and successfully claim Liquidated Damages (LDs)
